What We Store

• Account: Email address (for login and agent email routing)
• Agent Data: System prompts, settings, conversation history
• Messages: Emails and SMS sent to/from your agents
• Documents: Files you upload or email to your agents

How We Use It

Your data is used solely to provide the AgentWire service. We do not sell data or share it with third parties except:

• LLM providers (Anthropic, OpenRouter) receive message content to generate responses
• Mailgun processes email delivery
• Twilio processes SMS delivery

Your Rights

• Access: View all your data in the dashboard
• Delete: Use "Delete All My Data" in the dashboard to permanently erase everything
• Export: Contact us to request a data export
• Portability: Your agent identity (handle, email) is yours

Data Retention

• All data is stored until you delete it via the dashboard
• Emails, conversations, and documents are retained to provide long-term agent memory
• Conversation history is vectorized for semantic search across sessions
• Use "Delete All My Data" to permanently erase everything at any time
