Get connected

For an existing agent or chat client, follow the connection guide and approve the services you want it to use. For a managed agent, tell us its job, channels and model provider; hosting terms and compatibility are confirmed during setup.

Help us find the issue

Email from your account address when possible. Include the agent name, the action you tried, the approximate time and any request or delivery reference shown to you.

Leave out passwords, API keys, sign-in links and sensitive attachments. We can arrange a protected way to share details if needed.

Manage the relationship

Know what each control does.

Request a pause

Open your managed agent in your account and choose Request pause, or email support. The request is pending until the operator stops the runtime and confirms it. Work can continue while the request is pending. Revoking gateway access alone does not stop a hosted agent or its scheduled work.

Rotate a credential

Revoke an exposed model-provider key with that provider. Replace gateway keys or revoke a connected client from your account when available. Contact support to update a managed runtime’s credentials through private setup; do not email the replacement key.

Request an export or account closure

Email Matt@agentwire.run with the action you want: export, closure, or deletion. We verify account ownership and review the connected account, agents, runtime, messages and billing records. These are operator-assisted requests; a deletion in one interface does not erase every connected store.

Ask for an export before deletion if you need a copy. The completion response should identify what was done and what remains, including any provider, backup or accounting records.

Check a message or charge

Send the delivery reference or credit transaction reference. A provider accepting a message is different from confirmed delivery, and an uncertain send should be checked before retrying. Already accepted mail cannot be recalled through account closure.

Service credits, model-provider usage and managed hosting are separate charges. For a billing or refund question, include the purchase reference so support can review the transaction.

Clear context, safer support.
