Your key is the credential. Anything holding it can spend from your balance, so treat it like a password. You mint and revoke them yourself on your account page; we store only a hash, so a key is shown once and then never again.

ipfs_get_link Get a public retrieval link for an owned pin without downloading content. Link creation has no charge; retrieval may consume provider egress.
ipfs_list List this account's pins.
ipfs_pin Publish PUBLIC content to IPFS via PinThis. Content can be retrieved by anyone with its CID; do not send secrets or private attachments. Provide exactly one of: content (raw bytes, utf8 or base64), url (fetched and pinned), or cid (an existing IPFS CID to pin). Debits the ipfs_gib_month SKU for the first month up front.
ipfs_status Check the pin status and size of a CID previously pinned through ipfs_pin.
ipfs_unpin Unpin a CID previously pinned through ipfs_pin.
ipfs_usage Read this account’s PinThis usage and quota without creating an account or fetching content.
letter_draft Prepare a physical letter and a price quote. No printing, postage or credit charge occurs until the gateway account owner signs in at reviewUrl and approves. A private correspondent cannot approve by holding that link. Returns structured letterId, reviewUrl and quotedCredits; check letter_status later. Headless requests are downgraded to owner review. Recipient address is fixed for this draft; create a corrected draft if it is wrong.
letter_review Open a fresh signed-in owner review of an existing unsubmitted letter after a lost or expired review link. Reads this account's existing letter; never creates a draft, submits mail or charges credits. Refuses any recorded approval, discard or provider submission attempt. The owner must still approve the current content and quote.
letter_status Read the status of a letter belonging to this gateway account. Provider acceptance is not delivery. Pending or uncertain submission must be checked before creating a replacement; this tool never sends or automatically refunds.
make_handwriting Render short text as real handwriting and get an SVG back. Use it to make a note look hand-written rather than typed. COSTS 100 credits ($0.100) · free credits first, then purchased · charged once. A confirmed refusal before rendering is refunded in full; an unconfirmed result is held for support to reconcile.
make_qr_code Draw a styled QR code for a URL and get an SVG back. Use it to give a printed piece or a poster a scannable way in. search_answer Answer a factual question directly: a provider fan-out plus a Wikipedia/Wikidata enrichment leg, which is what supplies the answer text. COVERAGE -- MEASURED, NOT MARKETING: web search here runs through a self-hosted SearXNG whose only general-web engines are Google, Bing, DuckDuckGo and Brave. Bing is disabled, Google serves a results-free page to any non-browser client, DuckDuckGo refuses this server, and Brave answers about one query before rate-limiting us and being suspended. When none of them answers, what comes back instead is REFERENCE MATERIAL: Wikipedia and the other Wikimedia sites, Wolfram Alpha, Internet Archive, Open Library, congress.gov, marginalia, datamuse. A commercial, product-comparison or current-news query can therefore come back with an encyclopaedia article, a congressional bill and an archive file listing. That is what this list can prove without a credential. We also forward tools we do not host — 28 from Agent mail & websites — and a personal key minted here can reach services enabled for your account. Personal keys carry your account’s gateway permissions; connected OAuth clients are limited to the services you approve. Your authenticated tool list shows what that connection can use.

ChatGPT Supported connection

In Settings, open Security and login and enable Developer mode if your workspace allows it.
Open ChatGPT Plugins and use the plus button to add a connection.
Name the connection agentwire, choose a public endpoint and paste the MCP URL above.
Complete AgentWire sign-in, select services and confirm the connection.
Start a new conversation and enable the connection from the tools menu.

Use OAuth for account access. Availability depends on your account and workspace policy; the API key instructions are for clients that accept custom headers.

Claude.ai (Free, Pro, Max, Team, Enterprise) Supported connection

Open Claude.ai and go to Settings, then Connectors.
Choose Add custom connector.
Give it the name agentwire and paste the MCP server URL above.

Custom connectors authenticate by OAuth or not at all — there is no place to put a bearer token.

Claude Code Supported connection

Run this once, with your own key in place of YOUR_KEY:

Any HTTP client, or your own framework Supported connection

Point your MCP client at the server URL above with transport "streamable-http".
Send Authorization: Bearer <your key> on every request, including the first.
Keep the Mcp-Session-Id the server returns on the initialize response and send it back on every later request.

From a request to a result

An example of a supported email action with review enabled. Email, page publishing and letter drafts can use this flow when their review service is configured. Other tools follow their own permissions and confirmation settings.

When a service is missing

The agent should name the missing service and send you to the connection screen. Adding access requires your sign-in and consent.

When a key is needed

Enter it in the secure setup form or your client’s key field. Keep provider secrets out of chat messages.

A letter you can inspect

When Mailcraft is enabled, ask for a physical letter draft. The account owner signs in to inspect the recipient, print-ready PDF, configured return address and quoted postage before approving. A link in a private conversation does not authorize its visitor to spend. The receipt reports provider acceptance; it does not prove postal delivery.

A file you choose to publish

When PinThis is enabled, the same connection can publish a file, list your pins and read storage usage. Content links are public to anyone who knows the identifier. Private mail attachments stay separate; ask explicitly before publishing them.

Building your own client

Current MCP clients send self-contained HTTP requests with protocol and method metadata. Older Streamable HTTP clients initialize a session first. Both use the same endpoint and tool handlers.
